Varda are an alternative synth pop duo featuring Alison O’Reilly, formerly of Sydney psych band The Dandelion and Ru from Unsanitary Napkin and Displeasure. UTR described them as “an emotionally transportive shimmering mosaic of majestic guitars and motorik grooves”.

Nevers are a duo of Clare Cooper (Australia) on guhzeng and Jean-Philippe Gross (France) on electro-acoustic devices. Joined by electronic duo Oghum (Jonny Marks & Nell Thomas).
Christoph Gallio (saxophone) and Phil Durrant (electric mandolin and electronics) will perform a duo set, and then be joined by local improvising musicians Tom Callwood (bass), Jake Baxendale (sax) and Daniel Beban (guitar/tapes).
Renowned Australian drummer Jim White (Dirty Three, PJ Harvey, Bonnie Prince Billy, Cat Power) and US guitarist Marisa Anderson unite as collaborators for an offsite show at Meow. With guests Motte and UMU.
