Aotearoa audio alchemists -HIGH ALTAR- are the duo of Brendan Moran (Hasselhoff Experiment, Subliminals, Vor-stellan) and Taipua Adams (Terror of the Deep, The Perms), reconvening this Friday onwards for a 5 date spring tour. Masters of deep zone delving, 'semi-improvised' bass guitar / drums / electronics locked-in heavy psych-noise interplay. The mega-talented pair have of course lined up formidable special guests for this event.

Sonya waters - a composer and solo synth artist playing meditative soundtracks for imaginary films. Her music is underpinned by lush layers of synth orchestration crisscrossed with tessellations of West Coast Moog and vocoder vocals. Semi-modular cutups build into rich textural soundscapes

Box of Hammers - Combining haunting melodies with subtle harmonics to evoke the chaos and beauty around us, Box of Hammers applies otherworldly qualities to electric guitar, creating a musical landscape that juxtaposes darkness and hope while pushing the limits of his chosen medium into wonderfully surreal places.
John Kingston is a musician based in Te Whanganui-A-Tara, whose love for the possibilities of guitar, effects and processes is celebrated in his solo project, Box of Hammers.
