To close Rosie Whinray’s exhibition Flotsam and Jetsam, Rosie in association with Pōneke Shanty Club will host a sea-themed acoustic singing session in the Pyramid Club stairwell. Shanty lyric sheets provided. All welcome.

Joining forcers for a night of melodic and atmospheric improvisation are: drum and guitar duo Filtersphere, duo of Bridget Kelly (reeds/harp) and Peter Liley (saxophone/electronics), and Naarm artist Studio Norwood Lab, debuting his new instrument in Aotearoa, the détournement of a bicycle wheel into a sonic object.
