Our guest artists Anna Fält (Finland/Sweden) and Ira Hadžić (Germany) in improvised collaborations with local musicians Ritual Heaps, DSLB and Erika Grant.

Ira Hadžić is a Berlin-based sound artist whose musical practice moves at the intersections of improvisation, composition, and introspection. She works with gongs, radiophonic pieces, field recordings, resonances, simple sonic gestures – as well as silence as an expressive form in its own right. Trained as a Deep Listening facilitator at the Center for Deep Listening (Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute), she incorporates these practices into her compositions and sound installations.

She´s been touring Nordic countries and outside Europe for years with her unique concept of solo vocal concerts. Specialising in singing traditions from her two home countries Finland and Sweden, she combines the bright Scandinavian and dark East-European tones, performing in churches, museums, festivals, clubs and concert halls.
