An afternoon of deep sonic resonances from three Pōneke-based artists

Charlotte Forrester is known for their involvement in Athuzela Brown and Womb, an Wellington indie-folk sibling trio. For this quarry set, Charlotte plays solo cello and electronics.

‘Avant-bard’ Seth Frightening returns to Wellington for the first time in many moons! Europe-based for seven years, Seth Frightening sings damaged neo-folk songs with contagious sincerity, bearing the dried blood of the macabre. Drawing from diverse folk, noise and grunge influences, he weaves stories of clouded characters that reads simultaneously like a diary account and a news report of a car crash. He is the regretful drunk; the infant victim; the curious rubbernecker.

Thomas Lambert aka Thomas Arbor is a composer, producer and regular performer at Pyramid Club. Thomas runs Sonorous Circle, an Oceanian outlet for adventurous music, art and communities.

Note: In the event of rain, this event will move to Pyramid Club
