J. Flyger & Umbrellas North Island Tour

Entry

Body

J. Flyger (frontman of Auckland come London indie band Pop Strangers) hasn't written a song since January of this year. He is hoping that a North Island Tour of New Zealand will force the process and is excited to see what comes of it.

He just purchased two effects pedals off Trademe, and learned only one of them works.

He promises himself he won't play any music from previous bands or projects he has been associated with.

J. Flyger will be joined by Umbrellas, the mutable musical project of Nicholas Walsh. In a past life, Nick was the frontman for Auckland-based Deer Park. Now he lives in Hamilton.

In keeping with the spirit of the tour, Umbrellas will also be playing all new material.
