The Inner Ear - participatory improvisation session

Pyramid Club is happy to announce the INNER EAR ... weekly sessions of free improvisation, ensemble playing and non-idiomatic investigations, every Wednesday 7-9pm until mid November.

Hosted by Isaac Smith, these sessions are for participation (they are 'closed door' ie. not public gigs) with the aim of facilitating collective and individual inquiry into improvised music and the realities of sound language dialogue.

Iranian sound artist and researcher mHz will be presenting 'Brutalist Noise Ensemble v2', a visceral audiovisual experience built to extend the materiality of sound and sound-production. Joined by a set from Te Tumu, who exercises in ancient resonance future sound.
