In this episode Nell is joined by one of Wellington's great indie band leaders, wordsmith, and angled jangle master, Mark Williams. Together they listen to albums from the outer reaches of Mark's record collection; things he hasn't listened to for years, and even a record he bought on the way to the studio.
Mark Williams runs Circuit, an organisation dedicated to moving image. He is a well respected musician throughout Aotearoa for his intricate and conceptual approach to song cycles. With a chicken scratch approach to guitar solos, his on stage energy is frenetic and fun. His projects include Marineville, Cookie Brooklyn and the Crumbs, Bad Statistics, the amazing covers band Jacques Rebrellion, and many more.
